BAVARIAN 40 YEAR LOYAL INDUSTRY SERVICE MEDAL. (Treudienst Abzeichen der Bayerisches Industrie). Very attractive Bavarian award during the National Socialist era. The oval, 35mm x 45mm, medal is die-struck an then fire gilted with great white and blue enamel work. The top of the front bears the inscription "EHRE DER ARBEIT". Reverse has the inscription "FÜR 40 JAHRE TREUE DIENSTE" and "DIE BAYERISCHE INDUSTRIE". This is a very uncommon and tough medal to find from this period.
